I started my journey with graphic design when I was seven, when I took a class on how to make art in Microsoft Word. Luckily, I was soon moving on to Photoshop graphics instead, and have been using it for over a decade now. I have used my skills to create logos for my youth group's conventions, create ads for my first job at an automotive accessory store, and even created an entire animated commercial using only Photoshop!

At my first job as Graphic Design Intern at Alamo Auto Supply, I was tasked with creating an animated advertisement to post on social media. I spent 2 months creating characters and backgrounds, writing the script, and then animating it entirely in Photoshop. I also manually drew the entire lip-sync section for the end of the commercial. It was my first time animating, and I am still very proud of the results!

Another part of my job at Alamo Auto Supply was designing advertisements to post on social media as still images. This often required cutting out backgrounds of automotive photos in Photoshop and fitting as much information into the picture without over-crowding information, then redesigning it for the three different platforms it would be posted on.

I began my journey with Photoshop when I was nine years old. It is my main tool for graphic design and planning color palettes for my projects. I put this to use during my Advertising job at Alamo Auto Supply, when I made a funny photoshop picture every weekday to post on Facebook to celebrate daily national holidays. I have linked a few of my favorites above.
